General Cleaning
A general cleaning may include, but is not limited to:

Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming all floors.

All surfaces will be cleaned with an all-purpose disinfectant cleaner.

Electronics will be dry dusted.

If a breakroom/kitchenette is present the appliances will be wiped down inside and outside.

Kitchenette sink will be cleaned.

*If an appliance needs more attention a deep cleaning may be required.*

Bathroom mirrors, sinks, toilets, and various dispensers will be cleaned.

Toiletries will be replenished on request. Toiletries to be provided by facility.

All trash receptacles will be emptied and re-bagged. Garbage will be deposited into the facility’s dumpster.
Deep Cleaning
In addition to a general cleaning, deep cleaning may include, but is not limited to:

Cleaning all inside windows. *If window(s) require a ladder, an upcharge may be present*

Blinds will be cleaned and dusted.

Window and door frames will be cleaned.

Walls, baseboards and doors will be cleaned.

If present, appliances will be emptied (on request) and thoroughly cleaned.

If present, bathroom stalls will be cleaned. *If graffiti removal is necessary, an upcharge may be present*

We will treat all high traffic surfaces including, but not limited to:

Chairs
After allowing the formula to sanitize for 10 minutes, all surfaces will be wiped down to ensure a quality, germ-free finish. This service is most effective after a deep clean.
